  1. Copy of Valid Passport
    – Include all visa pages and entry/exit stamps
  2. PSA Birth Certificate
  3. PSA Marriage Certificate (if applicable)

Proof of Finances (To be provided by each applicant):

  1. Bank Certificate
    – Must be addressed to the Australian Embassy
  2. Income Tax Return (ITR)
  3. Certificate of Employment (if employed)
  4. Photocopy of Land Titles
  5. Photocopy of Vehicle Registration
  6. Business Documents (if self-employed):
    • SEC Certificate / DTI Permit
    • Mayor’s Permit
  7. Bank Statements for the last 3 months
  8. Latest Pay Slips

If Sponsored by an Australian Citizen:

  1. Statutory Declaration Form
  2. Copy of Sponsor’s Valid Australian Passport
  3. Proof of Residency in Australia (e.g. Visa or Residency Permit)
  4. Invitation Letter:
    • Include full contact information
    • State the reason and duration of visit
  5. Evidence of Relationship:
    • PSA Birth and/or Marriage Certificates
    • Labeled Photos together
    • Email Conversations/Chat Logs
  6. Proof of Sponsor’s Finances:
    • Bank Certificate & Bank Statements
    • Income Tax Return
    • Certificate of Employment
    • Contract of Employment
  7. Letter of Support from the sponsor
