Basic Requirements: (Please send all in clear scan copy via email)

•  1-piece 2×2 photo- showing full frontal view of face against a white background.
• Copy of Passport (bio page) with a minimum validity of six months from the intended date of return from India.
• Invitation letter from family / friend / sponsor in India
• Proof of Income –Employed- Certificate of Employment or if Self Employed; SEC, Mayor’s Permit/Business Permit, DTI or Certificate of Registration
• If minor kindly provide birth certificate and marriage certificate of parents.

Processing Fees:

Visa Fee: Php 5000.00 (subject to change)

Service Fee: Php 1500.00

PROCESSING TIME: 7-10 working days
