US Visa Application

 

NEW REQUIREMENT: Visa Application Center (VAC) Appointment – Metro Manila

All nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applicants are now required to:

* Schedule an appointment at the VAC for fingerprints and digital photo
* Separately schedule an interview at the U.S. Embassy
* All Social Media/s must declared to your application form and the SOCIAL MEDIA/s must set to public.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

A. First-Time Applicants

* Scanned biodata page of passport (valid at least 6 months)
* One 2″x2″ photo (glossy, white background, taken within 6 months)
* Completed draft of DS-160 (nonimmigrant visa form)

Additional Fee: PHP 1,500 for first-time applicants

 

B. Renewal (Dropbox) Applicants

* Original passport (valid at least 6 months) + old passport with previous U.S. visa
* Two 2″x2″ photos (same specifications)
* Completed draft of DS-160
* PSA-issued Marriage Certificate or Declaration of Nullity (if applicable)

 

Special Rule for Minors (Under 14) and Seniors (80+)

* PSA-issued Birth Certificate
* Photocopy of valid passport & valid U.S. visa of either parent (for under 14)
* VAC biometrics appointment is required

INTERVIEW WAIVER ELIGIBILITY (Dropbox Renewal)

All conditions must be met:

* Prior B1/B2 visa valid for 10 years
* No changes in name, DOB, or gender (or with legal proof if changed)
* Last visa issued after the 18th birthday
* Previous application was approved
* No extension/change of status filed with USCIS

If any answer is “No”, you must schedule an Embassy interview.

* Service Fee: PHP 2,500.00
* Courier Fee: PHP 750.00
* TOTAL: PHP 14,720.00
* + PHP 1,500.00 for First-Time Applicants
