3.  Affidavit of Support and Guarantee to Travel, NOTARIZED – for applicants who will be supported financially / children who will travel with one parent only

2. Proof of residency/permit to stay in New Zealand
3. Invitation Letter from New Zealand with complete contact information (address and contact numbers) stating reason of visit
