Note: Kindly fill out and sign the Letter of Guarantee, if someone other than you is paying for your trip.

Visa & Service Fee: Php 1800.00/applicant for SINGLE ENTRY         

Visa & Service Fee: Php 2500.00/applicant for MULTIPLE ENTRIES —Subject to Japan Embassy’s decision

• Note: Kindly fill out and sign the Letter for Multiple if you are requesting for a Multiple entry visa.
• Note: Nonrefundable if the applicant requested for multiple entries but granted single entry.

Processing Time: 5-7 WORKING DAYS

NOTE: All documents must be on A4 size paper – Stapler/Correction on documents are not allowed.
